California College San Diego Campus Moves to New Location

New CCSD Campus to Accommodate More Clinical Labs, Interactive Facilities

San Diego (November 08, 2012)  —

California College San Diego (CCSD), a leading provider of on-campus and online higher education, today announced its San Diego campus has moved. The new facility enables CCSD to enhance its learning environment by adding additional lab space. The new campus is located at 6602 Convoy Court, Suite 100, in San Diego.

The new building accommodates two additional clinical laboratories specifically designed for allied health and respiratory therapy training, and a computer science lab, which supports the college’s hands-on learning model. The library has also doubled in size and includes new editions and resource materials for student research.

“We work hard to ensure our students get the real-world training they need to be competitive in the workforce and gain the experience employers are looking for,” said Ken Webb, San Diego campus director. “With the new labs and expanded resources, we’re able to accommodate our students’ busy schedules, and advance and expand their learning, which will make them more marketable.”

Located in the Kearney Mesa area of San Diego and adjacent to the 805 freeway, the San Diego campus is equipped with wireless Internet, allowing students greater accessibility on campus, and instructors have additional flexibility for in-class instruction. Additionally, the building is host to a new auditorium, multiple study and lounge areas and an outdoor courtyard for staff and student use.

CCSD offers associate- and bachelor-level degree programs in business, IT and healthcare from three campuses located in San Diego, San Marcos and National City. For more information about CCSD or to arrange a visit to one of its campuses, visit or call 800-622-3188.
