At CCSD, you can train for a broad number of different medical careers during the day, in the evening, or online3—whichever fits your busy schedule. Our medical associate’s degree program provides you with a well-rounded medical education, so you can pursue a career as a medical assistant, pharmacy technician, medical lab assistant, medical biller/coder, phlebotomist, or home health aide.
At California College San Diego, your tuition includes everything you need to finish your medical specialties associate’s. This means textbooks, learning materials, tutoring, and academic advising—among other things—are all provided at no extra charge. We’ll even give you a laptop to use in school and keep after you earn your degree.4
Need help making your degree more affordable? Our qualified financial aid planners will help you access all the federal financial aid you may qualify for, such as student loans and grants. We also have scholarships5 available through our Good Neighbor Initiative.
Why is accreditation so important? Because it’s not just us saying our programs are trustworthy and valuable. California College San Diego is proudly accredited by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), a nationally recognized accreditor of academic institutions.
Ask yourself, would you rather listen to a traditional professor recite theory to you in a large, overcrowded lecture hall? Or, would you rather join a small group of your classmates as you gain professional, career-focused training from someone who’s actually been there, done that? At CCSD, that’s exactly what you’ll get: real education from a real medical professional—not just a teacher.
Not only are our wonderful medical specialties faculty members highly qualified in their fields, they enjoy teaching our students and helping them succeed in their chosen career fields. They love making a difference in your life. And our small class sizes allow them to give you more of the personalized attention you need when you need it.
Just like our dedicated faculty, our staff members are here for you. Need help getting started? Talk to one of our friendly admissions consultants. Not sure whether you qualify for financial aid? Ask a financial planner. Need help on your homework, writing your essay, or finding a job after you graduate?6 We’ve got you covered there, too. We’re the college of “we’ll take care of the details, so you can focus on earning your degree.”
“They always were showing examples. It was never just books, books, books. It was always hands-on.”
