California College San Diego — San Diego, CA Main Campus
Often referred to as "America's Finest City," San Diego seems to have it all. Whether you're looking for a temperate climate, coastal scenery, active nightlife, sporting events, culture, a rich history, or an impressive military presence, you can find it here in San Diego.
As the eighth-largest city in the country, San Diego is home to more than 1.3 million people within the city limits and more than 2.8 million people in the entire county. In 2006, Money magazine rated the city the fifth-best place to live in the United States. And according to Forbes, San Diego is the ninth-safest city on their top-ten list of safest cities in the United States.
San Diego also has a diverse economy, driven not only by defense, manufacturing, and tourism, but computer sciences, biotechnology/biosciences, financial and business services, telecommunications, wireless research, and healthcare.
As for public transportation, most people find it relatively easy to get where they want to go, thanks to the trolley serving downtown, Mission Valley, and the surrounding urban communities, while those along the coast can take the Coaster or Amtrak. In fact, it's not uncommon for those who want to get away to simply jump on the Amtrak for a ride up the coastline to Orange County or downtown Los Angeles.
We invite you to visit our campus, where you'll find our facilities to be modern and comfortable, and our friendly, professional staff is available to answer any questions you may have.
