National City, CA – The National City campus of California College San Diego will be hosting a health fair on Thursday, June 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The health fair will feature information about starting a career in the medical field as well as networking opportunities with local businesses, fitness and nutritional information, and free food and drinks. Current students of California College San Diego will also be present to demonstrate the health skills they are currently learning in their program. “If someone is looking for a career in the healthcare industry, we can help with that,” said Rigo Mendez, admissions consultant for California College San Diego and the organizer of the event. “We want to provide a chance for people to learn about our programs, interact with local businesses, and discover the elements of living a healthier lifestyle.” Businesses that will be in attendance include Nutrition Zone, L.A. Fitness, Verizon, Wells Fargo, and more. The health fair will take place at the National City campus of California College San Diego, located at 700 Bay Marina Drive in National City.
